Terms and Conditions for GrowSEO.com

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Affiliate") and GrowSEO.com (“GrowSEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our website www.growseo.com and all services offered by GrowSEO.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or services.

We may contact you by email, phone, or physical mail for service-related communications, including but not limited to account setup, billing, service updates, incomplete signups, or promotional notices.

2. Services Provided

GrowSEO offers the following services:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Web Hosting (included with SEO plans at no extra charge)
Google, Facebook (Meta), Yelp, TripAdvisor Review Tap and QR Code Cards
Instagram Follow Tap and QR Code Cards
Affiliate Program for referrals and commissions

All SEO yearly plans must be fully completed within 7 calendar days of sign-up.

3. Payments and Account Expiry

All services are prepaid.
Payment must be received before your account’s expiration date.
Services may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice if payment is not received on time.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
In the event of a dispute, chargeback, or unpaid balance, we may share relevant client information with our payment processor, legal team, or a collections agency for resolution and enforcement.

4. Review and Follow Card Orders, Shipping, Delivery, Returned Mail, Re-shipping, and Replacement Orders

For all orders of GrowSEO Google Review Tap and QR Code Cards, Facebook (Meta) Review Tap and QR Code Cards, Yelp Review Tap and QR Code Cards, TripAdvisor Review Tap and QR Code Cards, and Instagram Follow Tap and QR Code Cards, the following terms apply:

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address

GrowSEO’s order form clearly states at the top: “Please enter your shipping address in the fields below and click ‘Submit’.” By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that GrowSEO clearly requested that the customer enter a complete and correct shipping address before submitting the order. The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, valid, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout, including any required unit number, suite number, apartment number, buzzer number, postal code, zip code, state, province, or any other necessary delivery information.

Order Confirmation and 24-Hour Address Review Opportunity

Immediately after an order is placed, GrowSEO sends an order confirmation email displaying the shipping address submitted by the customer and requesting that the customer verify the address and promptly report any errors, omissions, or missing details. The customer acknowledges that this confirmation email provides an additional opportunity to review and correct the shipping information after checkout. The customer must notify GrowSEO of any address issue within 24 hours of the order being placed. After that time, the order may be shipped using the shipping address provided by the customer. If the customer does not notify GrowSEO within that 24-hour period of any address issue, GrowSEO shall be entitled to rely on the shipping address provided in the order, and the customer assumes full responsibility for any delivery issue, delay, return, or additional cost arising from an incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or outdated address submitted by the customer.

Free Standard Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, GrowSEO provides free standard shipping for these orders. Orders are generally shipped by regular mail without tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Orders within Canada: 5 business days
Orders within the United States: 15 business days
International orders: 20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond GrowSEO’s control.

Returned Mail Due to Address Issues

If an order is returned to GrowSEO as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, incomplete, invalid, insufficient, or otherwise undeliverable for any reason related to the shipping address provided by the customer, GrowSEO may contact the customer and require payment of a re-shipping and handling fee before re-sending the order. The current re-shipping and handling fee is $7 USD or $10 CAD, as determined by GrowSEO.

Delay in Return to Sender

The customer acknowledges and agrees that returned mail may take significant time to be returned to GrowSEO because the shipment must first travel through the postal system to the destination and then be processed and returned. GrowSEO shall not be responsible for delays in the return-to-sender process.

One Free Replacement Order Only After Estimated Delivery Time Has Passed

If the applicable estimated delivery time stated above has passed and the customer reports that the order has not been received, GrowSEO may, at its sole discretion, send one replacement order only free of charge by regular mail without tracking. GrowSEO is under no obligation to send more than one free replacement order for the same original order. In such cases, GrowSEO may request or recommend that the customer provide a different shipping address to reduce the risk of repeated delivery issues.

Original Order Later Returned After a Free Replacement Order Was Sent

If GrowSEO sends a free replacement order and the original order is later returned to GrowSEO for a reason related to an incorrect, incomplete, invalid, insufficient, or otherwise defective shipping address provided by the customer, GrowSEO reserves the right to charge the customer an amount equal to the original order price for the replacement order that was already sent. Upon payment, GrowSEO may re-send the returned original order to the most recent shipping address provided by the customer using free regular mail shipping.

Payment Deadline for Re-shipping or Replacement-Related Charges

If payment for any re-shipping fee, replacement-related charge, or any other amount owed under this Section is not received within 72 hours after GrowSEO sends a payment request or invoice, GrowSEO reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without further notice, to suspend and/or cancel the customer’s account, replacement order, and/or any review or follow card(s) previously provided by GrowSEO, as well as any replacement card, to the extent applicable. This may include the right to suspend, cancel, deactivate, revoke, or otherwise affect any related service, support, redirect, landing page, QR code destination, NFC function, or other associated functionality controlled by GrowSEO.

No Liability for Address Errors, Untracked Mail, or Delivery Issues

GrowSEO shall not be liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery, returned delivery, misdelivery, or any other shipping-related issue resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, invalid, insufficient, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer, or from the limitations of regular untracked mail service.

5. Web Hosting Services

By using GrowSEO web hosting, you agree to the following:

No SPAM or bulk emailing is permitted whatsoever.
Hosting accounts found engaging in spam, mass mailings, or unsolicited messaging will be immediately suspended or terminated.
We do not allow illegal content, phishing, malware, adult content, or any content in violation of local or international laws.
We may monitor bandwidth, disk usage, and server activity to ensure performance and integrity.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

GrowSEO offers an affiliate program allowing registered users to earn commissions by referring new clients. By joining the affiliate program, you agree:

You must not promote GrowSEO through spam, unsolicited emails, automated bots, or deceptive marketing tactics.
You must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.
Violating our spam or promotional policies may result in the termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of earned commissions.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at our sole discretion.
You understand and agree that GrowSEO collects your name, email, address, phone number, and encrypted password to manage your affiliate account and issue payments. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination

GrowSEO reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or permanently terminate any account, service, or affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

Late or missed payments
Spam or abusive behavior
Violation of any part of these Terms
Misuse of services
Unethical, illegal, or harmful conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, designs, and software provided by GrowSEO are the property of GrowSEO or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and services for your personal or internal business use.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Website or our services to:

Distribute spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited content
Infringe on any intellectual property rights
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Website or services
Circumvent or disable any security features of the Website
Collect or track personal information of others without consent

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowSEO, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, profits, or data
Delays, service interruptions, or website downtimes
Any claims related to third-party content, products, or services

YOU USE OUR SERVICES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrowSEO and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of the Website or services
Any breach of these Terms
Any violation of law or rights of a third party

12. Modifications to Terms

GrowSEO reserves the right to change, update, or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes your agreement to all changes.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Website or services.

Note: GrowSEO operates internationally with multiple offices worldwide, but all legal matters are governed by Ontario law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GrowSEO and supersede all previous agreements, representations, or communications. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or right.

15. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your services with GrowSEO, you must submit a written cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to your account expiration date. The cancellation notice must be sent through the contact information provided on our official contact page: https://growseo.com/contact.html. Verbal cancellations or social media messages will not be accepted as valid cancellation requests.

16. Third-Party Trademarks Disclaimer

Google, Google Maps, Google My Business, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Yelp, and TripAdvisor are trademarks of their respective owners. GrowSEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Our review and follow cards are independently developed and designed to work with publicly available links on these platforms.
